Business intelligence (BI)
BI enables every employee of organizations to share, control, and reuse business information in order to make better business decisions.
BI provides Web and programmatic access to published Microsoft Office Excel worksheets, programmatic reuse of critical line-of-business data, and easy development of Web-based BI dashboards that can incorporate rich, data-bound key performance indicators, Web Parts, and published worksheets.

Workflows
WorkflowsWorkflow Management is the automation of business procedures or "workflows" during which documents, information or tasks are passed from one participant to another in a way that is governed by rules or procedures. Sequential workflows, procession of steps that execute in order until the last activity completes. Unlike sequential workflows, State Machine workflows do not have a prescribed execution flow, and need not have an end.
